In 1978, at the age of 60, Mrs. Carla Garcia embarked on a new journey, sharing her authentic Mexican culinary magic with the public. With her extraordinary gift for flavors and spices, she created the famous Casa Garcia Nachos.
To introduce her masterpiece, Carla personally offered samples outside the humble 800 square foot location, paving the way for the legacy that continues today.
